North East Zealand - Backroads of Denmark - Indoor Cycling Training

This is a typical back road ride in the North Eastern part of the Island of Zealand (Denmark). It is an area very popular with local cyclists. You are riding on a sunny day in late summer along golden fields and through green landscapes. During the ride, you will pass multiple farms and villages. It is an excellent ride if you like rolling hills and riding in the countryside. The hill climbs are very short, so it is a great ride for beginners that want to challenge themselves with a bit of climbing. The frequent short climbs can also use the climbs as interval training for more experienced riders. As you ride north, you will pass Lake Esrum, the largest lake in Denmark (by water volume). It is a ride that contains multiple loops. After ending the last loop the ride ends in a small village called Langstrup.

Instead, we recommend adding your favorite music to the ride. It is quite simple. Mute YouTube and open a browser window. Find a site that offers music (Spotify, YouTube, etc…) and pick the music you like, and enjoy the ride...
