Homemade Carrot Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting

Carrot Cake 🥕

Ingredients:

3 cups of shredded carrot
2 cups of all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 and 1/2 tsp cinnamon
2 cups of sugar
4 eggs
1 cup vegetable oil

Mix all the ingredients together blend everything well.
I'm using two baking pans eight inches each. Grease your baking pans. And flip the batter evenly between both baking pans. And we're going to bake this at 350° for approximately 35 minutes or until your toothpick comes out clear with no batter on it.

Cream cheese frosting

1 - 8oz pkg of cream cheese
1 stick of butter
3 and 1/2 cups powdered sugar
2 tsp vanilla extract


Cream the butter and cream cheese together until it's softened and start adding 3 and 1/2 cups of powdered sugar blend that all together.
