A guide and look at my favorite Power DPS class the Soul Beast. Now with a hammer in hand this class has gone to the second highest Power DPS class in the game, but its burst window is higher than any other power class I know of.
BUT... with more health, better utility and amazing CC this class is in my opinion the top power choice for Raids, Fractals and Strikes.
