I installed an Alpine radio / stereo / head unit (ilx-w650 ) in my 2007 Toyota Yaris. it wasn't easy. but it wasn't too hard either. It might seem daunting when you see that weird factory stereo built into that triangular piece of dash. But if you get the right trim piece and adapters, it's only mildly more difficult than a standard simple install. Heres a parts list and step by step instructions.
