Dr. Jamie Bock is the Marvin L. Goldberger Professor of Physics at Caltech and Senior Research Scientist at the NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratory. He is an experimental cosmologist investigating ways in which our universe has changed throughout its lifetime using observations of the cosmic microwave background and other methods. He has played a pivotal role in several major cosmology experiments including the Planck mission, BICEP experiment, Keck array, and now most recently as the Principle Investigator of the NASA SPHEREx mission. He has won several significant awards for his research accomplishments over the last several decades including the Gruber Cosmology Prize.
