Furcation involvement is the extension of the periodontal disease into the inter-radicular area resulting in attachment loss affecting the bifurcation or trifurcation of a multi-rooted tooth. It is a complex problem which is considered as a challenge in diagnosis prevention and treatment. The 2nd part of this lecture discussing the different techniques and procedures in the management of Furcation involvement .
