Biography
In late 2005 Bilal came back to Pakistan from the US, where he gave up studying business and decided that music was the only thing he could be loyal to. He worked at a radio station ‘Radio 1 fm 91’ in the Programming/Production department along-side producing and hosting his weekly rock show “Chaos Unleashed”. While working for Radio 1 Bilal got together with a few friends who he had been jamming with and started working on an album. The band went by the name of ‘Raeth’ and went on to release their debut single and video ‘Bhula do’ in which Bilal played the drums. Shortly after releasing the video Bilal left the band and the radio station in order to study Music Synthesis at ‘Limkokwing University Sound and Music Design Academy’ in Malaysia. In early 2004 While in the US Bilal caved in to the growing electronic music culture, popular in most clubs around the world and started listening to underground house music, following DJs’ and Labels. Soon after, he found himself locked in his Jam room for days on end mixing beats, trying his hand on productions and all that in between. Bilal is an established 'Music Producer' (TV/Jingles/Artists), session musician (Drummer for bands) by day. As night falls the Turn tables come out to play. Bilal has played numerous gigs as a DJ in the US, Malaysia and Pakistan but hopes to expand his audience around the world with phatt, proggy, techy, dirty house tunes!
