Materials:
One 260 balloon (or one long balloon, if you prefer)
A balloon pump (optional)
Scissors

If you don't have a balloon pump, you can simply blow up the balloons with your mouth.
You can also add other details to your butterfly, such as eyes, spots, or stripes.

Decorations:
