Activist Chris Elston says Elon Musk is “taking legal action” against the eSafety Commissioner on his behalf for the removal of his post.

Earlier this month, the eSafety Commissioner ordered X to remove a post made by Mr Elston.

The post was in relation to an individual hired by the WHO to draft a policy on caring for trans people.

The tweet that he made was deemed by Julie Inman Grant to be unacceptable.

Mr Elston told Sky News Australia that his post was “ordered to be taken down”.
