2 kilos bread or allpurpose flour
100 grams oil or shortening
2 tablespoon salt
450 grams luke warm water
2 tablespoon instant dry yeast or use normal spoon (spoon full yeast)
1 1/2 cup white sugar
50ml evap milk
2 whole eggs

You can divide the recipe into 2 so you can have 1/2 if this is too much for your consumption
Extra margarine and sugar for glazing the ensaymada You can use butter.
