leg workout details as follow
basic warm up drills

superset leg extension x15 , abduction m/c x 15 ,lying leg curl x 15 x3

1.) Hip thrust 8-10 x 4
2.) seated leg curl x 12 superset stiff leg deadlift x 12 x 3
3.) single leg extension x 12 superset wall sit (squat hold ) x30 seconds x 3
4.) leg press 15 x 3
5.) bulgarian split squats 15 x 3
6.) standing/seated calf raise 15 x 3
