The National Veterinary Stockpile (NVS) is the repository of critical veterinary countermeasures: supplies, equipment, animal vaccines, and contracting services that can be mobilized during a foreign animal disease outbreak (FAD) in the U.S.

The presenter for this webinar was Dr. Joanna Davis, the State and Federal Liaison for the NVS Logs Center. This webinar gave participants an overview of the NVS, including its organizational structure, how it’s activated, the NVS State Logistics planning documents, and their training and exercise strategy for states. The newly published NVS catalog was also presented.
