Samsung lcd 40" tv with a serious colour issue. Checked powersupply board for bad caps, checked cables were seated properly to T-con board, still no luck. Factory reset did not help either. Entered the service menu, find your combo here

and i found DDR option was set to "line" I changed that to "samsung" and everything went back to normal.
