I might be able to have top surgery, but I need some help | Transition update

I understand that this is a very long video where I try to explain my situation. But in short:
I have been waiting for top surgery for 4 years. I have been on testosterone for 2 and a half. As of right now, I won’t be able to have surgery until 2+ years from now.
I am moving countries this September to start university, and have my budget centred around that to be able to do so successfully.
Yesterday I was presented with the opportunity to have my top surgery before I move, something I never thought would happen. This is a roughly 1 month long time window which would allow me to have a surgery that would improve my life tremendously.
This is an expense which I haven’t planned for, but an opportunity I desperately needed. Now I just need the funds.
I want to clarify that I do not need the whole of the surgery covered. I have roughly half of the amount secured in my bank.
