If you’ve woken up feeling a tad shitty, take a deep breath, let it go and start again.

A 5-10 minute body scan meditation is great for this, to reset the mind and body, write a list of positive actions you can take today, decluttering, getting a task done that you’ve been meaning to do for ages.

Try and get out in nature for a walk or a run both can help loads, or some yoga stretches.

Do something you enjoy.

Be, do, attract.

The more you do the more you become, even when your energy is not quite in alignment, you are reprogramming your subconscious mind and taking actions towards achieving the outcome you desire.

Climbing back up the emotional ladder one step at a time ❤️
