Another Variation on the Manhattan! Yep, there's a fair few of em and I'm gonna try getting through any I can find. Who doesn't love a Manhattan though right?

This one, the Red Hook, named after another borough of New York is a riff on the Brooklyn, which is a riff on the Manhattan. I enjoyed this one far more though. The sweet vermouth plays a big role here. I didn't have Punt E Mes so I used a sweet vermouth made locally.

~Red Hook~
2oz/60ml Rye
.5oz/15ml Maraschino Liqueur
.5oz/15ml Punt E Mes (Or just a Sweet Vermouth)
