150hp Mercury Blackmax trouble shooting

Update*** Changed the stator and the merc ran like a bat outa hell. Hope this vid helps direct you in the right direction.


Troubleshooting my 1984 blackmax mercury 150hp. Won't go faster than 10mph. I've figured out the left side doesn't have spark.
