HI MY STYLISTS!!! Welcome to my butterfly garden themed birthday dinner! This is part 3 of 3 where I will finish off my birthday dinner series with a tutorial on how I created the cutest balloon garlands and how I put together the table decorations. Part 1 is all about how I was able to get artificial grass onto the walls using different techniques.
