Ingredients:-

1.5 Kg Mutton
250gr Mustard Oil
2 Tbsp Garlic Paste
2 Bay Leaf
2 Black Cardmom
6 Cloves
2 Tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
500gr Onion
3 Tsp Salt
200gr Curd
1 Tbsp Red Chilli Powder
1 Tbsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
1 Tbsp Turmeric Powder
2 Tbsp Coriander Powder
4 Tbsp Wheat Flour
½ Tsp Kewra Water

Nihari Masala Ingredients:-

2 Gram Khas Ki Jadd
2 Gram Paan Ki Jadd
2 Tbsp Rose Petals
1 Tsp Black Cumin
¼ Stone Flower
2 Inch Maice
6 Green Cardmom
10 Kabab Chini
2 Long Pepper
2 Inch Cinnamon Stick
1 Tbsp Black Pepper Powder
