Benicassim is part of the Azahar Coast. Its name comes from a Berber Tribe, Banu Qasim, that settled there during the Moorish conquest of Spain.
It's a lovely resort town with about 20000 inhabitants, a population that significantly increases in the summer. The beaches, boardwalk, and small but serviceable village is perfect for a long, restful vacation or even a tranquil retirement
