To boil or not to boil, that is the question when it comes to your brand new hemp inserts. In December, I got some AnAnBaby hemp inserts from my AliExpress order and thought I'd see if there was a difference between boiling and not boiling. Watch this video to find out if its worth it.

This is one experience which is not super science-y but I'm interested in seeing if others have the same experience. I dont have any other hemp products, but have ALWAYS found washing to be effective.
