In this video, we take you to Sitka, the oldest and largest city in Alaska, where you can see the traces of Russian America and the majestic Mount Edgecumbe volcano.
Sitka was once the capital of Russian America, and you can still see some of the Russian influence in the architecture and landmarks here. We also show you some of the stunning scenery and wildlife that Sitka has to offer, such as bald eagles at the Alaska Raptor Center, a rehabilitation facility for injured birds of prey, and bears at the Fortress of the Bear, a rescue center for orphaned cubs.
