Royce Martinez was born on the 11th day of April in the year 1995. He grew up in Denver, Colorado along with his two siblings, and his mother.

Early years:
Royce had a tumultuous childhood, growing up with an abusive mother, he turned to music to feel less alone. This ignited an inextinguishable flame, this starting his passion for music. He began writing music in 2012 at the young age of fourteen and would go on to join bands such as;
Shadow Of The Damned and Scarlight.
Shadow of the Damned
Royce would join his first band, Shadow of the Damned in 2012. They would make their debut by playing their first show at The Roxy Theater, gaining recognition in the metal community. The band would later breakup due to artistic differences in 2013.
Scarlight
In 2014, Royce would join a band called Scarlight, where he wrote and performed songs such as their hit Sex, Drugs, and Rock and Roll. And many more
They would also write their EP, titled Gliding Over All.
The EP would include songs;

Curtain Call
Full Circle
And
Call for a King
They would play venues such as;
Cervantes
The Gothic Theatre
The Roxy
Hermans Hideaway
Castlmans
And would go on to headline venues such as;
Summit Music Hall
The Marquis
They would later breakup due to artistic differences in 2016. Royce continued to write music and created an EP titled "Cinderella" with collaborations done with Nick "Triple Kick" Smitley at Vermillion

Royce would go on to have a family and take time away from music, but never would there be a day where that passion for his music
extinguished. After years of taking time to raise his son and be a husband to his wife, Royce would finally get back to the very thing that ignited his soul; his music. Royce started writing again and got back in the studio where he would record his latest single, titled, "Autumn Addict".

He has also written single tracks such as;
"Requiem" and "Warborn"

Royce plans on continuing to write and make music for his listeners. His main goal is to create a message for his listeners that they are not alone, and that what they are going through will get better, to know that, what he went through is a testimony of prevailing through even the darkest of moments. He wants you to know that you are not alone. The music that saved him, he vowed he'd be that for his
listeners as well.
