Make a Chicken Haleem recipe in my style with 3 easy steps.

Note: Cooking is more important to enhance the haleem taste. The more you cook, the better the flavor will be.

Ingredients:

Step 1:
Chicken 1 kg
Onion 2,3 medium size
Ginger paste 1 tablespoon
Garlic paste 1 tablespoon
Red chilli powder 2 tablespoons
Turmeric powder 1/ half teaspoon
Coriander powder 1/half teaspoon
Salt 1 teaspoon
Whole spices ( cloves 6, black pepper 6,7. Cinnamon 1 inch piece, black cardamom 1, zeera 1 teaspoon, )
Ghee 1 cup ( banaspati ghee)

Method 1:
1: Cut onions and fry in a ghee.
2: Wash and add chicken in onions and fry until they turn white. Now add ginger, garlic paste.
3: After 5 min cooking add all spices and powder. Cook for more than a few mins then add 5,6 cups of water in it and cook on a low flame for 30 mins.

Step 2:
Chana daal half cup
Moong daal half cup
Mash daal half cup
Lal daal half cup
Rice half cup
Ginger, garlic paste 1 teaspoon
Water 7,8 cups
Wheat daliya half cup ( dont soak it)

Method 2:
1: Soak then for 2 hours minimum.
2: 7,8, cups of water in a big pan and boil it. Add all pluses and rice in it. Add ginger garlic paste and cook until all things are tender and soft.

Step 3:
For garnishing
Onion 2 small ( fry them in golden color)
Oil / ghee half cup ( after fried the onion, serve the oil separate in a bowl)
Lemon 1
Garlic julienne cut
Green chillies
Green coriander leaves
Garam masala powder 1 teaspoon
Chat masala to taste

Method 3:
1: When the chicken is tender, shattered it.
2: All (daal) pulses are done. Add all chicken and its gravy in it.
3: Now add wheat daliya in it. ( Don't soak it. Add a dry in haleem).
4: Add 1 cup of water in ready haleem and cook for 30 mins. To get better taste.
5: Now blend half haleem and mix it with other haleem ( which we left in the pan) cook more for 10 mins in a low flame. Follow the cooking method in the video.
6: Garnish with fried onions, lemon, green chillies, garam masala powder and coriander leaves.

The homemade chicken haleem is ready to serve.
