How Should Tulips Be Stored? Bulb on /Off? Dry/Wet? Doing an Experiment on Tulip Flowers Storage

In this Video, I start off the day with a Frost on the Ground. My tulips in the ground had frost on them but my lisianthus and snapdragons were fine under their frost cloth!

Around 11 minutes, I pull out the Tulips I have had in refrigeration storage for 4 days and stick 1 of each in a vase to see which Tulips has the better vase life. Does leaving the bulb on a Tulip in storage give you a longer vase life? Does keeping the Tulip in Water in Storage give you a longer vase life?Does dry storing a tulip give it a better vase life? I did wonder why my tulips with the bulbs cut off were so limp when I pulled them out of the cooler but within a few hours, they had perked up so it will be neat to see which way of storing Tulips gives me the longest vase life!

I also setup a retractable hose real while letting the Tulips sit inside in their water with Floralife.
