As a Tampa Realtor that's been in the real estate industry for over 20 years I wanted to tell you a little about me and why I started my YouTube channel and wanted to do real estate videos.

I actually never thought I would be in sales. I was very happy as an engineer but after several years I changed careers to mortgage banking. I only became a Realtor because 2 Realtors pissed me off and I could not handle the lack of knowledge most Realtors had.
