Morning 5s Stretch-out:

Planche Pushup
Start on your knees if you have to
Aim for 5 if you can, if less reduce the head push forward

Thread the needle Stretch
Keep eyes on your hand as it moves through the motion
5 each side

Cat/Cow
Spine stretch
Create in as you bunch your back up, breathe out as you breath out and lift head up into cow

Cobra Stretch/Pose
Focus on breathing and gentle moving with hips on floor
**Engage core and move slow

Toe Raises
Improves balance
Focus on mind body connection, one at a time if you can or start with sections of toes

Bulgarian Split Squat
Hold for 5 seconds

Single Leg RDL
5 each side, keep moving leg straight

Tibialis raises
Slow down movement and exaggerate the stretch
Butt or tailbone on wall, this should be only point touching wall
5 Reps

Calf Stretch
Aim to move from feet flat on ground to standing on as few toes as possible
*This exercise is progressive

Shoulder Stretch (Plane Position)
Place arms out to sides in plane position, move your arms in tiny circular motion with palms facing ceiling
5 revolutions forward, 5 backwards then turn your palm to the opposite eg floor and do 5 forwards and back again

Rollout Shoulders
5 forwards, 5 backward

Hands Behind Back Stretch
Place your left arm behind your back with back of hand against centre of shoulder blades
Brush the back of your head with right palm as you stretch it down towards shoulder blades
Try to grab and hold for 5, can use a towel to bridge the gap If need be.
