Seven IEDs Found in Manipur: Army & Police Joint Operation for Defusing IEDs Prevents Disaster

In a significant operation amid ongoing unrest in Manipur, the Army and state police discovered and defused seven improvised explosive devices (IEDs) weighing a total of 28.5 kg. The IEDs were found in the hilly areas near Bongjang and Itham villages in Imphal East district. The Army stated that this recovery has averted a major disaster and saved countless lives, highlighting the ongoing security challenges in the region.
