🔧 Swapping Out a 3HP In-Sink-Erator Disposal & Controller! 💦

🔧 Join me as I replace a 3HP @insinkerator disposal and controller after discovering it turned off during a routine preventative maintenance check. 🔍 After asking the chef and facilities team with no answers, I decided to check for dead shorts and restore power. It only took a second to realize why it was off... this thing was LOUD! 🔊😂

We gave the customer a few options, and here's what they chose. 👀 You might notice there's no auto-reversing controller—adding that feature would’ve cost several thousand more, so they passed. 💸 All in all, it wasn’t a bad job, just a little wet! 💦
