Titled "Fashion is a Beautiful Chaos," this is the first lecture of a three-part series introducing Polimoda's Master's in Fashion Brand Management.

Here, our director Danilo Venturi unpacks the three major tipping points that have shifted today's industry — globalization, the internet and the downfall of ideologies — to decode how the brand manager remains relevant in a chaos-ridden society.

The blurred distinction between culture and identity, he explains, coupled with a shifted perception of time and space, have caused chaos - and this, he argues, is the new order.

Shot in Polimoda's main campus, Villa Favard, these lectures are part of a special BoF - The Business of Fashion media partnership launched in October 2017 to unlock one of fashion's most sought-after figures.
