How To Share Android Hotspot With LG Smart TV

Here's how to share an Android hotspot on LG Smart TV.
You can share your mobile internet connection with your LG Smart TV. You need to enable the mobile from your Android device.

How To Turn On Mobile Hotspot On Android
Go to Settings on your Android device
Tap on Connections.
Tap on Mobile Hotspot and Tethering
Tap the toggle icon beside Mobile Hotspot to turn it on

Not all Android is the same. Other Android phones allow you to enable mobile hotspots from the Control center.

Once you turn on the mobile hotspot, go to your LG Smart TV:
Press the Settings icon on the LG Smart TV magic remote
Scroll down on the left side menu and click on Network
Click on WiFi Connection
Choose your Android device connection
Type in the password and click on Connect
