Tarraxinha should be danced properly and not vulgarly. By executing movement with the right technic you’ll create the magic.

Kizomba/ Semba / Tarraxinha are linked and by mastering all this, it helps to improve your dance level and make it easy to integrate different style in your dance. We remember 15 years ago during our parties we had kizomba, semba, zouk, Tarraxinha and guetto zouk with a good balance.

Today we feel that maybe because of a lack of information lots of student associate tarraxinha and guetto zouk to urban kiz and tarraxo. As a result we have less and less good dancers mastering Kizomba, Semba and Tarraxinha and less and less parties where you find those different kinds of music.

Guetto zouk and Tarraxinha doesn’t mean the urban kiz room and the kizomba room doesn’t mean only Semba.

For the students: Don’t hesitate to inform yourself and learn with educated teachers

For the teachers: Learn first, train yourself, be interested by learning the culture and then share the good of informations.

For organizers: book in your events educated dj and teachers to preserve this beautiful culture.
