Just a very brief video ,my method of curing a 🙁 frown . 400 grt diamond plate, then to set the bevel a 1k stone and plenty of elbow grease 💪 😉. This is a carbon J.A.Henckels 401 ....interesting to see how it performs compared to my lack lustre stainless . (my interests tend towards restoration , as I'm a military antiques restorer )
