We are thrilled to give you the latest update on Springwood at Aliana, our 136-unit senior living community in Richmond, TX. Leasing remains steady with 48 units leased, Available Units 88, 33 new inquiries, and 8 tours in November. Move-ins continue through year-end, and interest is expected to rise as rates ease in 2026.

In our 90-day look, we have 11 move-ins scheduled for October, 7 for November, and 5 for December.

Current specials include:
• Magnolia 1BR – $1,399 + 4 weeks free (-350 off the first 4 months of the lease)
• Azalea 2BR – $1,699 + 4 weeks free (-425 off the first 4 months of the lease)
• Primrose 2BR – $1,899 + 6 weeks free (-475 off the first 6 months of the lease)

Operations remain on track with a new leasing team coming in and Phase 2 units being prepared for move-ins. The project has also secured additional preferred equity with no capital calls to investors, strengthening our position as we move toward stabilization.
