A few days after the High Court dismissed the petition against Karnataka Deputy Chief Minister DK Shivakumar, the matter has now gone to the Supreme Court. BJP MLA Basana Gowda Patil Yatnal has reached the Supreme Court and given a message that he will continue the legal battle. Yatnal had filed a petition in the High Court questioning the government's decision to withdraw the CBI case against DK Shivakumar in the case of acquiring illegal property. On August 29, the High Court dismissed the petition.
