HSBC, Citi Bank, ദോഹ ബാങ്ക്, MSME ബാങ്ക് കോർപറേഷൻസ് എന്നിവിടങ്ങളിലെല്ലാം ബിസിനസ് ഡെവലപ്പറായി ജോലി ചെയ്തിരുന്നു. അതിനുശേഷം നാട്ടിലെത്തിയ എറണാകുളം സ്വദേശി മഞ്ജു മാത്യുവിന്‍റെ ജീവിതത്തിലെ Turning Point ആയിരുന്നു The Burger Junction.
2014 ലാണ് ബർഗർ ജംഗ്ഷന് തുടക്കം കുറിക്കുന്നത്. ആദ്യം ആരംഭിച്ചത് 2014 ൽ ഇടപ്പള്ളിയിലായിരുന്നു. തുടർന്ന് പനന്പിള്ളി നഗർ, കാക്കനാട് എന്നിവിടങ്ങളിലും ആരംഭിച്ചു. നിലവിൽ 25 ലധികം വ്യത്യസ്തമായ ബർഗറുകൾ ഇവിടെ ലഭിക്കും. സ്വന്തമായി ഒരു ജോലി എന്നതിനപ്പുറം ഒരു സംരംഭം ആരംഭിക്കുന്പോൾ നിരവധി പേർക്ക ജോലി നൽകാൻ സാധിക്കും. നിലവിൽ 35 ലധികം പേർക്ക് ജോലി നൽകുന്നുണ്ട്. സാമൂഹിക സേവനത്തിനും സമയം കണ്ടെത്തുന്നുണ്ട് ഈ Businesswoman. ഒന്നര വർഷം മുന്പ് ആരംഭിച്ച സാമൂഹിക സേവനത്തിനുള്ള സംഘടനയാണ് ട്രീ ഫോർ ലൈഫ്.
