TargetTraining is a great way to spend time bonding with your horses whether you ride or not. I'm not a trainer, I am a student who is learning, so if it works for me and can def work for more advanced horse owners.

I don't ride my horses at this time, I need double hip replacement and I'm scheduled for surgery in a few weeks. Guess you can say I'm on STALL rest LOL. I won't ride for long periods of time when and if I ever do... just a few minutes here and there for bonding and only if they want to.

I love spending time getting to know these amazing creatures without expecting anything from them. They will let me ride when I am ready but it will only be for a few minutes walking calmly and with no tack. Just connection *:D
