With the weather we’ve been having here in Adelaide it appears to be another ‘not so glorious day’. But never fear, there’s always pests out there for KiKi to eliminate! This week you’ll find him:
🛌 At a student lodge where the owner is looking for some general pest services. KiKi takes a thorough look through the property to see what we need to protect the space. The client has accepted our quote for quarterly prevention servicing for cockroaches, ants, spiders, rats, mice.
🔎 Next job is visiting a newly purchased home to quote on termite protection for the new owners. Inspector KiKi has located termite damage in the fence posts on the property, which something to address and treat. A quote for further preventative measures has been provided.
⛰️ Then we’re off to the beautiful Adelaide foothills, visiting a client who has lived in the property for 23 years, and reporting suspected termite damage to a few rooms. KiKi finds multiple areas of the timber flooring has been eaten by termites. We’ll quote to bait the active areas and treat the problem.
