For beef meat Keema
Beef Keema 500gm
Chopped onion 1 cup
Ginger paste 2 tbsp
Garlic paste 1.1/2 tbsp
Green chillies 10-12
Oil 1/2 cup
Salt to taste
Milk 1/2 cup


Ingredients:
For Pulao
Soked kalizeera Rice 3 cup
Oil 1.1/2 tbsp
Ghee 1 tbsp
Chopped onion 2 tbsp
Cinemom stick 4 pics
Cardamom 6 pics
Ginger paste 1.1/2 tbsp
Garlic paste 1/2 tsp
Cloves 4 pics
Bay leaf 2 pics
Salt to taste
Milk 1 cup


Fresh mint leaves
Lemon juice 1tbsp
boiled eggs 4
Cheese
Ghee
*** serve with Rayta and Salad
