Real-time crane simulator with realistic physics.

In this educational simulator the user is able to move around freely in a custom build 3D representation of the Eramet smelting plant located in Sauda, Norway.

Crane operation simulation is controlled trough a common PC compatible joystick or gamepad.

The simulator has support for Virtual Reality googles like the Oculus Rift or the HTC Vive that provides a richer and more realistic experience.

This video showcase the following crane operation steps:
Hook connection.
Steel container transport to smelt wagon.
Smelting procedure.
Container draining.
