Cruising French Canal lateral a la LOIRE to the Canal du CENTRE topping out at 300m ABOVE sea level

Ep 21: Attempted robbery, a crash and a throttle failure are not good things. Sailing our small boat from Decize in France up the LOIRE to DIGOIN, and up to the top of the CANAL du CENTRE at MONTCHANIN we suffered a few challenging events, both before and after reaching OPTIONS following winter at home. Truthfully we are really fortunate to be doing this, but there are times ....
In a small yacht cruising the French Canals from top to bottom is a fantastic experience, yet life goes on with just normal things day to day; until the unexpected happens, which became the new normal for a while! As ever we adapt, improvise and survive. Sheenagh fully recovered from the car bump.
