Main Ingredients
• 4 big size raw potatoes – आलू
• 3 tbsp cornflour – कॉर्नफ्लोर
• Salt (as required) – नमक

For Stuffing
• ½ cup chana dal (boiled) – चना दाल
• ¼ cup green peas (boiled) – हरे मटर
• 1 tsp red chili powder – लाल मिर्च पाउडर
• 1 tsp roasted cumin powder – भुना जीरा पाउडर
• ½ tsp garam masala – गरम मसाला
• ½ to 1 tsp chaat masala – चाट मसाला
• 2–3 finely chopped green chilies – हरी मिर्च
• Fresh coriander (as required) – हरा धनिया

For Frying
• 2–3 tbsp ghee (or oil as needed) – घी / तेल

For Garnishing / Chaat Toppings
• Thick curd (as required) – दही
• Sweet chutney (as required) – मीठी चटनी
• Green chutney (as required) – हरी चटनी
• Red chili powder (a pinch, for sprinkling) – लाल मिर्च पाउडर
• Roasted cumin powder (a pinch, for sprinkling) – भुना जीरा पाउडर
• Chaat masala (a pinch, for sprinkling) – चाट मसाला
• Pomegranate seeds (handful) – अनार के दाने
• Sev (as required) – सेव
• Fresh coriander (for garnish) – हरा धनिया
