Taco Time w/ Honey Hayden

I know you guys think I am just a fighter and podcaster, but I throw down in the kitchen too. Come along with me to see how I make these steak tacos. I know you guys can't see my face the whole time, which is annoying. However, I am working on getting different angles so that these videos are a tad more aesthetic. Recipe:
SALSA:
3-4 tomatillos
2 garlic cloves
1 avocado
1 jalapeno
Cilantro

1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Cut Jalapeño in 1/2, peel 2 garlic cloves, peel the tomatillos. place on a baking sheet and drizzle avocado oil over them and place in the oven for 10 minutes. Flip and continue to cook for 5 minutes.

2. Once done let cool for 5-10 minutes and place all of the ingredients in a food processor (blender will work too). Blend until there smooth consistency.

3. Cook steak how you like it, or watch how I cook it in the video if you are not sure.

4. Cook the tortillas for 30-45 seconds in the same pan the steak was cooked (trust).
