Amber Jordan explores how food and body shame affect workplace potential. Drawing from her journey as a former Olympic athlete and her struggles with identity and eating disorders post-retirement, Jordan reveals the impact of negative self-talk on professional performance. By urging a shift towards compassionate language and attitudes about food and body image, she advocates for transforming workplaces into spaces of self-acceptance and improved productivity, highlighting how changing our words can lead to broader positive changes in our lives and careers.
