The Elusive: Food Packet Cold Weather (MRE Review) US Military Meal Ready To Eat Ration Taste Test

This is the rarest MRE I've ever had the pleasure of reviewing. The Food Packet Cold Weather is a transitional ration by AmeriQual, designed to replace the Ration Cold Weather (RCW), which served as the US Military's Arctic Climate Meal Ready to Eat. The Food Packet Cold Weather was produced in the early part of 2004 but was quickly replaced, in that same year, by the Meal Cold Weather (MCW), which remains in current service. It turns out this elusive field ration and the MCW are different in name alone.
