The Ocean of Peace guided meditation allows us to remove our emotional patterns and coverings. This meditation for peace requires us to sit comfortably with closed eyes. We have to imagine that we are in a gentle ocean of peace, where the waves are soothing and blissful. There should be the firm thought that we are immersed in this ocean of peace, and the waves are removing all our coverings. We may do this as long as we can, but not more than thirty minutes. Clearing our emotional patterns and coverings requires the involvement and coordination of our mental, emotional, spiritual and physical areas. It is an acknowledgement that brings our emotional patterns to conscious awareness. We will be able to remove emotional patterns as we feel the positive and negative states. We have to focus on the Ocean of Peace relaxation meditation that provides a way out and allows you to learn the lesson to access the spiritual level. This meditation technique helps you to connect deeply with the heart so that you can feel old wounds and let them go for good.
