The MICHELIN Guide Taiwan 2024 Bib Gourmand Selection

16 establishments have been newly awarded the Bib Gourmand in Taipei, Taichung, Tainan, and Kaohsiung, bringing the total number of establishments on the Bib Gourmand list to 126, spanning over 20 cuisine types.

Among the newly selected addresses, more than half of the awarded establishments offer Taiwanese cuisine specialties and local small eats. The selection also includes comforting noodles, as well as Mexican cuisine for the first time.

The MICHELIN Bib Gourmand highlights restaurants that our inspectors consider to offer the best value for money within our selection. At these establishments, diners can enjoy offering exceptional value-for-money gourmet experiences.
