Homemade Blue Curacao Liqueur Recipe
Ingredients:

40 proof alcohol or peeled moonshine - 0.5 L

Dry zest of orange and grapefruit... - 30 g.

Nutmeg - 10 g.

Coriander - 3 g.

Powder cinnamon - 0.5 g.

Cloves - 2 pcs.

Sugar syrup - 100 g sugar + 100 ml water

Food coloring - 0.3 g.



Cooking preparation:

1. Pour the zest and spices into a jar and add alcohol, let stand for 3-4 hours.

2. Then add syrup and food coloring, mix and place in a dark place for 1-2 weeks.

3. Later filtering through gauze and cotton wool.

The liquor is ready!

Ingredients:

20 ml blue curaçao

50 ml 40 proof alcohol

sprite + ice and lemon.

Mix everything in a tall glass.
