So easy and so pretty! I'm making the alcohol free version for this cocktail because I'm pregnant but it's still so tasty!

R E C I P E

Ingredients

250g frozen peaches
30g caster sugar
750g sparkling white wine (or alcohol free sparkling wine)
30g Grenadine
6-8 peach slices to decorate
A few sprigs fresh mint to decorate

Method

Place the frozen peaches and sugar in the mixing bowl. Blend 45 Sec. / Speed 9. Add the sparkling wine and mix 5 Sec. / Speed 4. Serve in champagne glasses topped with some Grenadine, peach slices and mint leaves.
