See The Best Of Ireland With This Waterford And Kilkenny Tour!

I'm visiting Waterford and Kilkenny, Ireland in this adventure. Join me on this whirlwind tour of Viking and Medieval History!

In this episode I start in Waterford to visit the Waterford Crystal Museum where they craft the World Famous Waterford Crystal pieces. Afterwards we stop into the Bishop's Palace Café to enjoy a quick Halloumi Cheese Toastie. Going next door we discover the Viking and Medieval beginnings of Waterford, Ireland at the Medieval Museum. Following we finish up day 1 at the Parlour Vintage Tea Rooms for a spot of afternoon tea. Talk about a swanky place that is beautifully decorated and a great place to relax while listening to some smooth Jazz.

On day 2 the family and I head up to Kilkenny, Ireland, a full on medieval town that is dominated by the Magnificent Kilkenny Castle. A testament to the ingenuity of Norman building. After the Castle we stop for lunch at the best Asian Fusion Restaurant in Ireland, Aroi! Nothing better on a cold day than a hot bowl of Spicy Kimchi Ramen. The Kilkenny Tour finishes off with a tour of the Rothe House and Cathedral of St. Canice.
